Must-Have November Releases + A Linkup

Somehow it’s already time for another one of my must-have releases posts, but I have to say, I’m kind of glad. First of all, because I really enjoy writing about books I’m looking forward to reading, and secondly, because that means it’s almost November! And that means Thanksgiving, with Christmas right behind it! But for right now, let’s just talk about these books that I can’t wait to read!

Giver of Wonders

Giver of Wonders is a novel I have been looking forward to reading for quite some time now, so I’m really excited that it’s finally about to release. Roseanna M. White is one of my all-time favorite authors, and I am already in love with this fantastic storyline, so I know that this is a novel I am definitely going to enjoy.

Who knew being Left at the Altar could be such sweet, clean, madcap fun?

Left at the Altar is another story that has already captured my attention, although for a different reason. Since I’ve read some of Margaret Brownley’s books in the past (Petticoat Detective for instance), I know for a fact that she does a fabulous job of inserting a decent level of hilarity into her novels, and I am sure that this book will be no exception!

Katherine Reay has been on my radar for quite some time now, mainly because she weaves references to Jane Austen or the Bronte sisters into every one of her novels, and that is something that just makes me super happy. As well as that, she’s just a great writer who creates fantastic storylines, so I’m super excited to read The Portrait of Emily Price so that I can just be reaffirmed in that belief.

Melanie Dickerson is by far one of my top ten favorite authors of all-time, so I’m always super excited when she comes out with a new book. The Silent Songbird sounds like another one I am going to LOVE so, so much. I have to say, this is probably—or definitely—the book I’m looking forward to the most this month.

Finding Margo

Off the charts and on the run.

Finding Margo is the first book in Jen Turano's Finding Home series, and I'm so excited to find out Jen is trying her hand at contemporary fiction! She has two historical series out now and another one starting to release in April, and I've enjoyed every one of those that I have read, but I'm super excited to see her wonderful writing set in a different period!

My Enemy, My Heart

My Enemy, My Heart is Laurie Alice Eakes' most recent stand-alone novel, and is one I'm super excited for. I've enjoyed Laurie's books in the past, and this one sounds really good, so I'm definitely excited for its release.

The Cherished Quilt

When Christopher Hostettler comes from Ohio to work at his uncle’s shop in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania, he gets off on the wrong foot with Emily Fisher. But when he finally opens up to her about his tragic reasons for leaving home, her heart begins to change.

When Christopher compliments an old quilt, Emily decides to make a similar quilt for Christopher is not a baptized member of the church, but she’s suddenly found someone with whom she can imagine sharing a future. When a family emergency calls Christopher back home to Ohio, Emily decides to finish the quilt, in spite of her pain, and send it to him for Christmas. But when Christopher receives it, will he have the courage to truly follow his heart?

The Cherished Quilt is the third book in Amy Clipston’s Amish Heirloom series, coming after The Forgotten Recipe and The Courtship Basket. Although I didn’t get a chance to read The Courtship Basket, I did read The Forgotten Recipe, and I really enjoyed it, so I'm super excited for both of the other books in this series!
